Our Products
We sell herbal, botanical, and wellness products, including teas, balms, capsules, bath salts, and wellness bundles.
We make every reasonable effort to display product colours, textures, and packaging accurately, but because our products are handmade in small batches from natural ingredients, slight variation between batches is normal and not a fault.
Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may differ slightly.
We reserve the right to discontinue or amend any product, recipe, or ingredient list at any time, and will update product pages accordingly.
Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer
Our herbal and wellness products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any information on this Site, including product descriptions and blog content, is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
Please consult a GP, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional before using any of our products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an existing medical condition, are taking prescription medication, or are under the age of 18.
We are not liable for any adverse reaction or outcome arising from use of our products where this guidance has not been followed.
Orders and Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
A contract between you and us is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout via [PAYMENT PROCESSOR, e.g. Stripe / PayPal / WooCommerce Payments]. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer ordering from within the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, contact us at hello@greengoddesshealth.com stating your order number and intention to cancel. You will then need to return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us, at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.
Exceptions: This right does not apply to goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons (such as skincare, bath products, teas, or capsules) once the seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us at hello@greengoddesshealth.com within a reasonable time with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes stated on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — text, product photography, logos, and branding — belongs to Green Goddess Health or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
Use it for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
Impersonate any person or entity
Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
If you are not satisfied with how we’ve resolved a complaint, you may also be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service; details will be provided on request.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, processes, or the law. The current version will always be posted on this page with a “Last Updated” date.
