Because many of our products are natural, handmade, consumable or hygiene-sensitive, some items may not be eligible for return once opened, unsealed or used. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
CONSUMABLE & HYGIENE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot normally accept returns of herbs, teas, capsules, tinctures, powders or other consumable wellness products once they have been opened, unsealed or used, where they are no longer suitable for resale. If a product remains unopened and sealed, please contact us before returning it so we can confirm whether it is eligible for return.
CHANGED YOUR MIND? - ONLINE PURCHASES
If you purchase from us online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Certain products are exempt from this right. This may include goods that are personalised or made to your specifications, and sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.
If you wish to cancel an eligible order, please contact us within the applicable cancellation period. Where a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to return the goods.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, is not as described, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Please include your order number, details of the problem and, where appropriate, photographs showing any damage or issue with the product or packaging.
Where you are legally entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

If you have any allergies, sensitivities, intolerances or dietary requirements, please check the ingredients carefully and contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you.
It is your responsibility to provide us with any relevant information where this is necessary for us to prepare or supply your order appropriately.
HOW TO CONTACT US ABOUT A RETURN
If you need to contact us about a return, cancellation, damaged item or another problem with your order, please contact Green Goddess Health before sending any products back to us.
Please include your name, order number, the product concerned and the reason for contacting us. If your item is damaged or faulty, photographs may help us resolve the issue more quickly.
Please do not return products without contacting us first, as we need to provide the appropriate return instructions.
RETURNS & REFUNDS SUMMARY
Our monthly subscription products renew automatically at the recurring price and billing frequency shown when you place your order. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for each renewal until the subscription is cancelled.
You can manage your subscription through your account, including the options made available to you to pause, skip a renewal or cancel your subscription.
If you cancel, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent renewal periods after the cancellation takes effect.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for products that have already been supplied or dispatched. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise covered by UK consumer law.
